7 months ago, a group of us decided to go to Maldives for a short getawayOne of the choice destinations was the Maldives, and since I have been there before, the planning falls onto me.After a few hours of research, I reached out to Neoscapes Maldives and was assisted by Bett Largosa. She was really friendly and responsive, which from start to end made the trip so much easier to plan. She provided a few options and packages, but ultimately, she managed to provide me a good recommendation based on our criteria. Ultimately we decided to head to Oblu Sangeli.From the first payment till the end of the trip Bett ensured me of the plans, the arrangements and even going above and beyond to provide the best support she can. Since it was my 2nd time to the Maldives and the first time was years ago, a lot of the process was forgotten but Bett was patient enough to guide us step by step on the entire process.Wow, was the word. The overall experience and service were amazing. Upon landing at Velana Int Airport , the neoscapes and oblu select crew were already there. The level of service and attention to detail the crew provided was no short of perfect Maldivian hospitality.Ultimately it was an amazing experience. Excellent service. I was about to give up on the idea of vacationing in Maldives in February (decided a month in advance to book holidays and apparently that wasn't early enough - first time to Maldives). I contacted numerous agents and resorts and at the end nothing came of it (either too expensive or sold out). About two weeks before my annual leave, I decided to request a quote from Neoscape Maldives. The offer I received from Bett was within my budget and the resort she suggested ticked all the boxes (private villa with pool, kids club and a house reef). There were no issues with payment, albeit the transaction fee was relatively high (due to late booking, I had to pay with a credit card). When we arrived to/departed from Male, Neoscape's representative waited for us and helped us with our luggage (very grateful given that my wife and I were traveling with 3 children).
