Amazing service from Jason who was so attentive to our requests and needs pre- travelling date, during and after! He waited for us at the airport upon arrival making sure our transfer to the resort was smooth despite an emergency lockdown in Male City. Better rates as well than booking online. Jason went above a beyond our expectations!We were looking for a nice, cosy resort for a mini vacay. He sent us a variety of resorts and assisted us in choosing the best option for us, with which we couldn’t be happier.As we wanted to book a water villa which was impossible to find on the days we were planning, Jason tried his best, surprisingly managed to find availability in oblu select by sangeli and booked us through as VIP.Jason was available throughout our holidays. He met us at the airport even if it was his day off and got us souvenirs from Maldives as a welcome gift.As our flight was delayed and we lost the speedboat to the resort, he booked another one for us without any extra charge, so we didn’t have to wait for the next available.As we are waiting for a baby, my husband planned a gender reveal with Jason’s assistance. When arrived at the resort, our villa was prepared with balloons and a teddy bear was waiting for us with the gender written on the bed! That was so overwhelming and we will remember this day for life!Our flight was in the evening and Jason arranged with the resort a late check out for us, so I could be more relaxed during the flight due to my pregnancy.We are so pleased with Jason’s service and professionalism. He was constantly seeking for feedback about the service provided by the resort and by him and made sure all our expectations were met.We will definitely go back to him for our next holidays in Maldives and I can not recommend him enough!Thank you Jason for the amazing experience!!

Having been to the Maldives afew times, I know it can be a very tasking process looking through various hotels & deciding which one is best for you.Ruzny at Neoscapes took this hassle away from me & found a resort that suited our needs. I was very happy with the service I recieved & it seemed no ask was too much.
