We used Neoscapes to book a last minute trip to the Maldives at One & Only Reethi Rah.

Having found the company online we were initially a bit sceptical but we felt immediately reassured by the professionalism and proactiveness of the team. We were working with a lady called Zimmy who was amazing

Her communication was fantastic and they were extremely efficient

She gave us a variety of options and then went the extra mile to give us many benefits which we were not offered by other agents

After our flight we were met by the one and only as well as Neoscapes local agent waiting for us with a bouquet of flowers which was such a lovely personal touch . They escorted us through the ticketing to the One & Only boat, making sure we were settled and leaving only once the boat was on its way,

The whole experience felt seamless . We will be coming back soon to this wonderful resort and we will definitely be booking through Neoscapes again
