This intimate Maldives resort features just 44 beach villas and 36 water villas, giving it a unique sense of seclusion and privacy. The contemporary villas are set against a palette of azure ocean and emerald green coconut trees.
The remote and pristine Raa Atoll is the setting for the beautiful Maldives private island resort of Alila Kothaifaru. As one of the deepest atolls in the Maldives, there are options abound for snorkelling and diving, including easy access to the neighbouring Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. This protected marine sanctuary sees some of the world’s largest aggregations of mantas at Hanifaru Bay between June and November. Those wishing to stay closer to ‘home’ can enjoy the house reef or excursion to one of the many local sites. Each of the resort’s 44 Maldives beachfront villas and 36 overwater villas come with private pools. These contemporary villas are decorated in a palette of soothing colours. They are carefully positioned to provide the ultimate in privacy and sophisticated comfort.
